This has been mostly buoyed by an increase in competition and constant evolution in leisure services. In this assignment, we focused on promoting the dining experience and offers on digital media channels to encourage foot traffic.

In this project, we worked with Mary Thuo, founder, and chief executive officer of Cityscape Trends Limited, who wanted to formalize her brand and leverage opportunities. First, we had a brand workshop to map out her brand essence. Afterwards, we developed the brand identity and collaterals, including a contemporary website.
Many people aspire to acquire a home for their family. But homeownership remains a pipe dream for large swathes of the population, especially the youth, due to the high cost of finance among other challenges. SMD Consulting Associates was retained to assist the company in digital content creation to inform, educate, and persuade the target audience on its role in providing affordable home loans. We started with drafting a digital marketing strategy and followed through with a well-thought-out content calendar. Thereafter, we designed and produced content for distribution. These included artwork and video content.
In this project, we were tasked with redesigning and redeveloping a custom WordPress website. The old website had a challenge when it came to navigation, layout, application of corporate colours, and scalability among other tweaks. We managed to come up with a contemporary design that is befitting a tier-one NGO and fully functional. After development, SMD Consulting Associates provided training to the in-house staff so that they could manage it with ease.
Healthcare is one of the professional services sectors where reputation matters the most. And as the world increasingly embraces digitization, most people planning to purchase products or services begin their search on the internet. It is, therefore, important for any business to have a digital presence. SMD Consulting Associates was contracted to design and develop a modern website for an outpatient medical oncology clinic located in Upper Hill, Nairobi. The project lasted for about 21 days, after which we managed to put together an intuitive and compelling website for the clinic.
The COVID-19 virus had so many victims with several businesses being forced to suspend operations at the height of the pandemic. After a seven month hiatus, the client wanted to resume business operations with a new look and client offering. We successfully planned and launched a campaign that saw the reintroduction of the company. The campaign, A New Look For Real Estate Excellence, was small-scale rebrand project delivered via digital platforms. We had a new logo, a website countdown and teaser posts that were communicated through short anecdotes in story form that wittingly explained why the company had been inactive for the past 7 months. As if the community was waiting for a comeback, the engagements went through the roof. We set a new record since the company’s social meda pages were established. The new look and brand promise is holding on quite good.

Your strategic planning session is an opportunity to have multiple managers in a room to make important decisions about the future of the organization. In this assignment, we able to work with the client to map out key marketing issues that they needed to focus on 2020 and beyond. We had an engaging strategic marketing planning session that resulted in an elaborate and well thought out plan to drive the business in 2020.
