The buzzword that mobile is king has been around for quite some time but still many businesses are yet to realize the weight it carries and the impact it has on their operations. The digital channels are now customers favourite touchpoints and every serious company should by now have a digital transformation strategy. A campaign that was ran a while back revealed that most target audience used mobile to access the website but it was quite easy to use. Based on this data, we conducted customer journey mapping then developed a simple but yet functional mobisite. We are confident that future campaigns will be much successful.
IMC is basically an approach to achieving the objectives of a marketing campaign, through a well-coordinated use of different promotional methods that are intended to reinforce each other. This was short-term integrated marketing communication campaign. We first started by analyzing the target audience and then selected the best suitable channels for execution in consideration of the budget. We deployed email marketing, Google Display Ads, pull up banner and posters. At the end of the campaign, we managed to get a 50.45% increase in signups to the portal.
In this particular project, we tasked with breathing a new identity to the association. Led by youthful doctors, we had to come up with a compelling brand that is young at heart but enduring. This was followed by development of an information website that will be scaled to a fully-fledged system with capabilities of hosting online training modules for the medics.
Change is upon the supply chain industry. Logistics companies are embracing IT systems to enhance the efficiency of their operations to increase their competitive edge. Our brief for this project was to design a new website that is reflective of an international logistics company. Other than highlighting the supply chain services being offered by the company, we focused on customer pain points that occur in procuring shipments. One, is getting a quote and the other is tracking the shipment. We included quote form on the homepage so that prospective customers could easily spot and fill up. We also included a customer dashboard that captures customer data and allow them to track their shipment. The result was a captivating and functional website for a modern logistics company.
Fashion industry in Kenya has grown exponentially with fashion retail stores coming up in almost every trading centre; from the expansive malls to estate courts. This has made the fashion industry extremely compettive. Entreprenuers venturing into the space need to build & establish strong brands that can attract as well as sustain loyal customers. The firm was tasked to come up with a brand that represents tasteful men’s fashion. This was followed up by sales promotion campaign run during the festive season and on this we delivered a promotional video, roll up banner, coupons, and stickers. The campaign resulted into a 30% increase in sales by store.
