Our client onboarding process is simple, easy, and convenient for you. We operate from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
We will then visit your office or meet online (whichever you find convenient) to get a briefing on the assignment. During this interactive session, our goal is to learn about your business, and understand what you want from the engagement either in the short, medium, or long term. These meetings are typically short and last anywhere between 10 minutes to 60 minutes depending on the service sought.
After the discovery and briefing meeting, we usually retreat to do assignment planning. The task can either be a one-off project (e.g., website development) or a retainer project (done over a long period, e.g., social media marketing). For one-off projects, we will revert with a quotation and turnaround time. In instances of retainer engagements, we will go just a little further and prepare assignment planning in readiness for execution that we will do together with you.
