After the pandemic struck, we transitioned to a fully virtual organization and remote working. As such, we do not operate in a physical office. Our business operations are done online, including client meetings. But we can visit you at your office, meet at a local joint of your choosing or organize a meeting at our shared workspace located in Nairobi Garage Kilimani, 8th Floor, Pine Tree Plaza along Kindaruma Road, Nairobi.
Call our client service on 0748 812 310 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to book an appointment at your earliest convenience.
There are several channels that you can use to get your business online and attract more customers. These include social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn among others), website, email marketing, blogging, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid online advertising, among others. A word of caution though, online marketing is not enough, you need a presence in other marketing channels like outdoor media, TV, radio, newspapers etc.
Our charges vary depending on the nature of the solution sought, but they are competitive and considerate. The fees can either be one-off (e.g., when designing a website) or retainer-based, where you pay every quarter for engagements that are executed over a long period (e.g., a digital marketing campaign for 36 months).
For some engagements, like digital marketing, the fees come in two parts. On one part, we have a service fee (for us) and advertising/third-party fee (for partnering organizations like Google, Facebook, Twitter etc.)
Marketing generally requires reasonable capital injection from you as a business owner. It is quite impossible to get customers, without putting in investment. When it comes to online advertising, for instance, we usually recommend a budget of between USD 5-10 per day running continuously for at least 90 days. Put aside a marketing budget every year.
Yes, but this depends on the type of engagement. For one-off engagements, we usually request 100% upfront payment before the commencement of the work. However, we can negotiate a flexible payment for you but within 30 days and not exceeding two instalments.
For retainer engagements, we use annual billing and fees is payable quarterly. We can negotiate for monthly payments, but this usually leads to service interruption, and we don’t recommend it.
We provide a cash discount of between 1-5% for clients who settle their bills upfront and don’t haggle. Furthermore, we also charge a late payment fee (interest) of 10% on outstanding balances once the agreed payment date has elapsed.
This depends on the type of engagement because different tactics deliver results on different timescales. In search engine optimization, for instance, it takes at least 90-180 days for your website to feature on search engine results pages (SERP).
When it comes to paid advertising, the leads usually start coming in after 3-5 days. But leads do not necessarily translate to sales immediately, and we do not provide any guarantees. Kindly take time to nurture and walk them through your sales cycle. For that reason, we recommend having highly skilled sales representatives to follow up on prospects. Apart from leads, you also will get brand exposure that will pay forward.
Remember, marketing is a marathon, not a sprint. It takes time to build a tremendously successful brand. Short-sightedness like overreliance on performance marketing (lead generation, sales promotions etc.) may be very costly. You will run out of cash before building your brand to connect with customers. The key is to have 60% of your marketing budget dedicated to brand building activities and 40% to performance marketing. This way, you will get customers to keep your business going in the present. And at the same time, nurture future demand.
