BBYI CAREER DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

SMD Consulting Associates has entered into a Memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Breaking Barrier Youth Initiative (BBYI), a budding not-for-profit organization (NGO) dedicated to empowering the youth in Kenya.

Following this newfound partnership with BBYI, SMD Consulting Associates will be providing career development training sessions on communication skills and personal brand management to a select number of youth leaders who will be in turn expected to train other youths across the country. This training is aimed at enhancing the employability of the youth as they seek opportunities in a competitive labour market.

This initiative is one of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities that the firm has planned to engage in 2021 as it positions itself to be an effective corporate citizen while also staying true to its mission of boosting the performance of small & medium enterprises in Africa. We welcome CSR partnerships relating to projects that would make the world a better place for all.
